Write Board materials that are clear and concise and prepared in accordance with the FASB Reference Manual and the FASB Style Manual. Meet with individual Board members to discuss staff leanings on issues and obtain reactions from Board members and reconcile divergent views. Lead or participate in field tests or visits of proposed standards. Participate in the discussion at education sessions and Board meetings.
